I've been on it for a 6 week cycle now and I have seen some weight gain from it.

Starting another 4 weeks of it this week with heavier weights.

I like the fact that its only 3 days per week and you hit all body parts three times per week with relatively low/moderate volume.

Yeah.. I must admit, I've got some mad skills in Excel :) I work as a programmer though so it kinda comes with the territory.

I also keep track of my training in excel, but nothing is color coded. You have provided me with some interesting ideas!
