:) Actually, this link's been around for some time. Another interesting and helpful feature is the ability access to anatomical data. This becomes particularly helpful to understand the physiology of exercise.
In conjunction with this, the site allows you to explore and map out an isolation strategy. It's been very helpful for me in the past.

I advocate this site to anyone that needs it. Everyone needs it.

Great post! If I could, I would give you some GREEN stuff. The legal kind :)

That is a tremendous site!

HAHA! :)

Yeah, I found this post on a thread at EF... it was an obscure post on barbell rows. I found it to be very helpful in understanding the muscles and workout plans... I actually got my neck exercises from there! :)

Great post Citrus! They used to have all these animations at gymamerica.com too and then they began charging for the site... haven't been able to find them since then... until now! Thanks bro!

*note: bros, click on the "Power Training Excercises" link at the bottom there on the page... it's got olympic and power movements too... I just noticed... great stuff!

Nice job Citruscide, by the way today I started one of your workout routines. Felt pretty good to target the muscles in a different way. Something new and fresh. :weight:

Yes that is a fab link. I've been using it for over a year. I have it booked marked to the actual body......you want calves, click on the calve and exercises/vids are right there. It helps keep the exercises you do fresh.

all kinds of routines.......to get the best routine designed for you --you should list what your goals are (i.e. build mass, etc.).

Ahhh the ExRx directory. I learned most of my kinesiology here

http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/ErectorSpinae/BBDeadlift.html

Deadlifts can be found under Erector Spinae under the 'Waist' sub section...This site has everything...although it may be obscure at times.

Thought I would add another site to your list, the exrx and this one are the most useful tools I have found thus far.....

Anybody have any comments/thoughts on the value of supine curls over the standard standing barbell curl or cable curls?
