Damn B that is a really thorough article! I'm not a Strongman but it was still a good informative read. What did you write it for? A magazine or just for the heck of it?

Thanks "harman". I'd really like to add a lot more to it with pictures for each exercise before I print it.
A strength coach in South Carolina asked me to write it for him and his web-site. It has taken me a while to get it completely put together (even though I am not satisfied with it yet) but I've been putting together bits and pieces of a complete training book now for a while. I'd eventually like to have a complete book of athletic training.
Maybe I'd like to have one for Strongman as well as one for different kinds of sports. All in the future though. I have had a good review so far from a publisher in Cyprus. We will see where it takes me.
