1 lb pasta (the twisted one)
1 pkg of raw sp inach
1 quart of grape tomatoes
1 pkg of chicken sausage
garlic
one small onion
olive oil
I warmed a couple of tablesppons of olive oil and sauteed the chopped online...when it was clear I added the chicken sausage which was taken out of the casing...and broke it up as I sauteed it w/ the onion...once cooked I put that on the side....
added couple of table sppons of olive oil and then added some garlic and added in the tomatoes, and the fresh spinach (which I broke up into smaller pieces) sauteed the tomatoes and spinach untill cooked, readded the chicken sausage.....
mix w/ the pasta...MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM yummy
