Help with my stack..

When is it best to take all these supps, R-ala, Biotin, Cla, Green tea, Gla?? I usually throw them all in my mouth together before any carb meal. Is this right?

Hey thanks for that, but ive already checked it out. They have lots of stuff about it but don't say when and how they take it.. I'll just keep doing this way..
