You have put a lot of muscle onto your frame. I am impressed with your gains. . .you have built a great base! Your legs have great shape. All I can tell you is keep up the good work and keep training hard. Looks like the program you have been following is working for you just fine.

What is your goal? You have alot more room on your body for more muscle, if you want to get bigger bro... and that is a GOOD thing, believe me! :)
I'm impressed with your gains. Your legs are VERY defined and you have a great muscle shape. If your goal is to get BIGGER, you are going to look awesome when you get there.

Yeah, I definitely wanna get bigger. I might hold that off until Fall comes too. For now, it's all basically maintenance. Trying to throw on some LBM with minimal bodyfat. I'm pretty sure I've done that in the past 2 months. Rock on.

Well, I've just started some DC training, so it's either squats, hacks, leg presses.
During my 5x5 training, it was like
Squats, 5x5
Leg presses/hacks, 2x8
Lunges, 2x8
Extensions supersetted with ham curls, 2x8
Calf raises, seated/standing, like 5 sets. Sometimes supersetted. Sometimes light, sometimes heavy. I switched it around a lot.
It was basically that. I would change up some exercises here and there for shock value, but that's the basic layout.

Your quads have good shape and trust me it is better to start out with big legs than to try and catch them up. You have added a lot of muscle and have a lot of potential.

How is DC training working for you?
