So, I decided to do something a little different this last Chest/Shoulder/Tri session... I hit the HAMMER STRENGTH INCLINE BENCH!! WHOO HOOO!!!
I hit it with 5 plates on each side... hit it out for 7 reps. It was nice... I also did some dips for reps -- no weight -- I didn't think I could do 35 reps on them... Usually, I attach a 45lb DB between my legs on them...
Shoulders I still did OHP, just couldn't get away from it, but I did some lateral flies in there too...
Tris, ehh... did some light weight CGBP and some rope extensions --
It was an interesting workout to say the least... and a welcome rest from pounding my body into the ground.
