Hi,
I read recently that carnitine helps in the ridding of fat and that some people may benefit from getting some more in their diet.
They mention l-carnitine.
I know there is also ACL - acetyl l carnitine
Does anyone have any good info on these supps.
Also is there any other supps that people reall recommend for getting rid of fat.
I use ALA and I know I get good results from it.
I remember also Fonz writing a post and saying that mixing a alpha 2 antagonist with the ALA is even better. Are there any developments on this? In terms of knowledge.
Would caffiene do the trick for the agonist needed. Im not sure it might have been a beta agonist, I cant remember.
I dont usually like coffee/caffeine effects so I dont usually use, but maybe i only need a little to get the synergystic effects.
Anyway, any advice or info would be sweet....
does fonz and the other guys do this board nowadays? My account got closed at elitefitness and they want me to pay premium.... I dunno about that.
Also heard about calcium is good for fat loss and the prevention of fat formation... any guys have good info on this.
