Though she looks great we messed up on her carb up She was too flat and lost most her back fullness and vascularity due to too low an infusion of carbs and She wanted to use insulin in her carb up. I said no.

Here is what I ate immediately following the show:

Piece Cheesecake
4 slices bread with butter
Mini loaf of bread at East Side Marios
Daquiri
Appetizer
Salad
Pasta with Chicken
Tiramisu
Chocolate Bar

The next day I woke up and had:
Smitty's breakfast
Lg. Dairy Queen Blizzard
Big Mac Meal
1/2 Chocolate Cake
Pasta
Entire Cheesecake
Chocolate Bar

Monday I had:
Regular Meals plus
16" pizza
12" garlic fingers
CHocolate bar
Timbits
2nd half of Choco. cake

I didn't have a Bowel Movement for 4-5 days! It was awful..I was swollen like a balloon

This has got to be the 100th time I've looked at this thread. You're incredible and insiration to all the women in the world who want to be strong, muscular, and beautiful.

Its amazing how negative we guys can be towards a woman that has different asthetic or strength goals than we think appropriate for a female. And its usually the better developed BBers, not PLer or cardio queens/kings, that are the most vocal. I cannot help but wonder if it isn't misplaced body dysmorphia(sp?) or p*n*s envy?!?!

I lose more female lifters to negative comments from other lifters than disagreeable boyfriends, spouses, or parents. The pressure a female BB or PL gets is unbelievable!

Guys, next time you see a lady striving for strength against the iron, go make a quick SINCERE positive statement, smile, and walk away. You might make the difference between someone giving up or walking away never to come back.
