Anyone vitamin world members? It's free to sign up, and the first monday and tuesday of the month, you get 30% off everything in the store.
Today I got vitamin world basic whey 5lb, 80 servings, 20 gram per serving for only $18.00. It comes in chocolate, and vanilla. Taste great, and it's cheap. Just thought I would give some a heads up on it. For not ordering online, this is the best bargain I've found yet. Especially considering to be a member is free.

Pro Rated's 100% whey is $38 for 10lbs. Tastes very good and macornutrient breakdown is comparable to that of Optimum's 100% whey.

optimum whey powder, don't use weight-gainers they just will make you fat and become a diabetic.

Really? I had heard good things about N'Large2 and was thinking about trying it. I'm not worried about getting fat, since the purpose of a weight gainer is to gain weight, but diabetes isn't something I want to take chances with. Maybe I'll rethink that.. Anyone else heard about getting diabetes from weight gainers?
It will not make you a diabetic. If you are predisposed to diabetes you will get it from eating a bunch of sugars from anywhere. To say they will make you become diabetic, as if it was a certainty, is a little bit reactionary.
