I Wanna start doing some more over head work cause my shoulders are starting to seriously lack and i was wondering what day i should do my OHP back/bi or chest/tri day?

I'd love to hear some advice on the subject as well. I have a shoulder inpingement that makes OHP a little tricky but I'd like to start doing it again. I've been doing standing OHP w/ DBs or the trap bar for 15s just to ease back into it.

I also had a pretty bad impingement and a torn RC a while back. after doing all my rehab and then a pretty intense strengthening program, I eased back into the OHP by doing seated DB presses, then seated military presses (bar to the front). I then got back into standing OHP (a FANTASTIC movement) and just took my time with increasing the weights. nothing complicated - patience and monitoring your own body's reactions were key.

I GIVE SHOULDERS A DAY OF THEIR OWN,SIDE LATERALS TO WARM UP THEN USUALLY 2 HEAVY PRESSING MOVEMENTS AND ONE LIGHT ONE, UPRIGHT ROWS THEN REAR DELTS.

Right now I do standing OHP on Mondays and I squat on the same day. That's it. 10 sets of 6 on squats and 8x6 on OHP. I also do some leg extensions and hip thrusts to warm up my knees and hips.
I also do kettlebell work on Tuesday and thursday. There is some over head work on these days but not any heavy pressing. It's more of an active recovery workout than anything.

I agree - I find overhead work to be a great full body warm-up for squats and eads.
