Eat healthy of course. Eat every two hours. Drink gallons of water a day. Drink 3-5 protein shakes a day. Keep MRPS around and fit em in when you can. Cut off carbs at about 6pm. Train like a MuthaFucka - always try to beat your last lift even by a single rep - make those 2.5 lb plates your best friend !

I have about the same stats as you. As everyone has told you, EATand TRAIN as though your life depended on it. I eat as much and as often as i can, except fast food. It takes time to gain weight, eat every few hours while you are awake. And dont forget to sleep. Keep at it and you will grow.

Can protein shakes be bad for you if you have that many a day?
Are MRP's that necessary I feel that I would never use them if I could just eat? Also why cut out carbs after 6?

Thanx

Protein is what makes muscle. For it to be too much you would have to take quantities that you wont ever get near and that while taking in nothing else.

MRPs are NOT necessary , just an extra thing. By all means eat instead.

Carb cut off as you use carbs for energy. Your muscles grow while you rest , thus have more proteiun availiable for them at rest time. Carbs that arent used for work are easily stored as fat. Others on here can give you much more specific info. I am just keeping it simple as I think thats what you should do.

And you are doing right by asking so many questions. Way to go. Thats what we are all here for, to share with each other.

I would have to say eat about every 3 hrs it take your body 2hr to eat up the food you put in.MPR are good but if you are a 150lbs take it slow you dont have to eat much at that weight to gain a lot of mass.you need to eat about 1gram per body pound. One egg has 6 gram ,one chicken breast has about 40 gram that 6oz.Milk have 8 gram per 8oz glass. So a diet might be
6 egg 36 gram protein
1 cup oats about 10 gram protein
2 chicken breast sometime in the day thats about 80 grams
and 3 glass of mile (whole) that 150 gram protein right there.
hope that help any question pm me

first thing to do is learn how the muscles work, what breaks them down to rebuild and then what it takes to rebuild them(eg amino acids)

however with amino acids, whatever you body dosnt use it will get rid of them withen a few hours.
