posting pics

Hi,

can someone explain to me how to post a Pic? Do I need to have the pic uploaded and hosted and then linked from somewhere else? Or, can I just upload into the posting?

When you are typing in your message at the bottom of that screen there is an ATTACH FILE, just click browse and select the picture you want to post :)
