Ive found 90% of the supplements out there are nothing but marketing hype......but ive never used it. Id save my money though.
Get a good protein, eat and maybe use some Creatine.

Bro, its not worth it. The owner of the supp shop I go to said people are getting about the same results as taking a good creatine ethyl ester product which would cost you about a third of what that gay kick shit will run.

It tastes like shit. This is from the oxygen forum
"The science is in fact pretty solid....It will not add 10.5% strength to a maximal lift, meaning if you can squat 150, you're not going to take this product and squat 165.
What it does it scavenge and prevent the buildup of metabolic byproducts associated with fatigue that will impair performance, and subsequently strength. So, the effect would come later in the workout, when residual fatigue is starting to become an issue. So strength in the fatigued state will be improved (hence the 10.5% claim).
You should however get an excellent pump owing to all the arginine in it." Thunder said that. I used it once, but I can't stand the taste of it to see how it worked for me since I managed 1 swallow.

i received the free sample in the mail, it had 10 pills, supposed to take one pill just prior to working out. I didn't feel a damn thing! No increase in stamina or strength

My opinion is that this and 98% percent of all the mass marketed supplements
are no better than snake oil. Yes there are some good products that will
produce the desired results when used with the PROPER training, but they are few and far between.

To my surprise, I've heard of several guys trying it and getting some solid results.... I'm still alittle skeptical myself though. I just don't buy into Muscletech that easily.

I tried it. Got nothing. Too many big horse pills with nothing. I even slept in the car 2 hours after taking it.
NO2 is the only thing that really makes me look and feel stronger.

You can't compare NO2 and Gakic, completely different. Not to mention Gakic is not a stimulant so, no, it will not effect sleeping.

I am *on* and it actually worked, I can tell the difference when I do and don't take it.. I keep a log, it's pertty clear.... But at that price, hell, I can add an extra bottle of test per month! I will use it again this winter when I try and all out effort to hit 260-270lbs, lean...

Supps like that make me furious...there all money making skeems targeted toward teenage kids. Because when you train for a while and ask around there are only a few things that really work...mainly diet, proteins, multi's, anti oxidents....and the others are not bought in GNC.

Cost breakdown:
Price of a bottle of Gay Kick: $80
Pills in the bottle: $8
Package and label: $1
GNC cost to purchase: $20
GNC markup to customer: $20
Annoying Muscletech adds in magazines: $31
Not dead on, but I'll be that's pretty damn close to how it breaks down. I could be overestimating the cost of the pills and packaging though.

GNC cost is double that.

So Muscletech is making a fortune off both the end consumer and GNC basically.
Either way, more money goes towards their massive advertising budget than anything.

I agree, I was shocked myself to see cost at $40. I guess they have to find a way to pay for those 2-3 page spreads in the mags.
