View Full Version : Very bad Implant Job on a BB
She's got a really nicely developed physique but I think Jennifer McVicar's implants are a lession in how not to have your implants done. They look like overinlated balloons on her chest about to burst. I think they really detract from her overall presentaton but particularly her pecs.

I think her boobs are fine with regard to size, any smaller and they wouldn't be right for her frame. The fact they look like balloons are because they are new and because they are likely saline. Silicone would have looked much better, but it is what it is in the US.
Regarding her size. Haven't seen a pic of her in a while and she looks 1000% better. Finally looks like a bodybuilder vs a fitness competitor competing in bodybuilding. Symmetry looks much better as well. Chad is doing a great job with her.
Overall package looks A+++.

New? You're saying when they're in for a while her skin will stretch and they wont look like torpedos anymore?
Concerning the "appropriate for frame" comments I've seen, everybody has to conceed this is very subjective. Women come in all different variations with regards to breast development vs. ribcage/back width/shoulder girth. One person's idea of asthetic breast/frame proportions is only that person's take, nothing more.

yes, they change shape after being in there for a while, I personally think they look great on her. She looks great for that matter :)

Other than being very pronounced, as you pointed out, they do look right for her frame. Overall, I think they blend well and don't detract from her overall presence.
Personally, I don't care that much for boobage one way or the other. So as long as they are not outrageous, ie Dawn Whitham, they won't cost points either way with me.
i agree w/ brickgirl...once again.....btw.....no flaming....dont have anything nice to say...then say nothing.

I do have to disagree with you....she is a big girl and they look balanced on her...maybe offseason they seem a bit bigger, but all in all they look great....check out these pics....

Jennifer works out at the same gym I do and she looks awesome in person. I have watched her go from off-season and heavy (but still obviously muscular) to what she is now. She looks great. :) Good luck to her!

I don't know...I was expecting them to look really bad from the preface but I think that they are fine. Admittedly silicone would have looked better but I have seen really bad boob jobs on BB's and this is not one of them.

Looking at the pics again, it's funny, her boobs don't look that big in person. Granted, she is wearing a sports bra at the gym, but they look more proportional in person.
Not that I am walking around staring at her boobs or anything.... :)

I think the look of cosmetic boobs is tough for the fitness competitor/bodybuilder because when they get them off season they probably look great (thank you brickgirl!). But when they get real lean during the season it tends to draw the skin tight around the muscles, which is what they want right? However that tends to make the implants easier to see. I think Ms. McVicar looks great and I would never judge anyone without seeing them 1. in person or 2. off season to try to get the full effect of how they look.
Again just a common man's perspective. Thanks for the time, I will now vacate the StrongChick side. :D

"Silicone would have looked much better, but it is what it is in the US."
This may be a dumb question, but can you only get saline now?
Thanks.

I think you can get silicone in the US if you already have implants. As a "first-timer" you have to get salone, then if something happens, you can get silicone. But don't quote me on that. :)
Along those lines, is the US the only place silicone is not allowed? How about Canada?

Yes you can get silicone, as Daisy said you can if you already have implants, and you also have to participate in a mandatory study.

Actually, cartain doc's in the USA are allowed to do silicone~they must be registered and approved by the FDA to implant them and moniter them for research...my doc was one of those allowed to do them...basically if they are great doc's with good connections, they can use silicone...my doc actually prefers and tries to push it. I still opted for saline....the thought of silicone just had me a little paranoid!

A couple things that may make Jennifer M's boobs look a little balloony is that she looks a bit fuller (off-season?) with some extra bodyfat (though still muscular) and also I'd opt for a slightly larger bikini top. Any boobs will look like they are going to explode out if the top is too small. Otherwise I always thought she looked very feminine & proportional for carrying the mass that she does.
If they are new implants, it takes a few months for the implants to settle into the "pocket" where they were placed. The skin in is going to be tight until they get into their final position.
HBG! You gonna look hot hot hot girl! Good luck!

Thanks Sassy!!! I got them done on tuesday! I love them!!!!! I probably could have gone a little bit bigger but the DR told me 550 would be big enough. Since they are over the muclse, if i went to 600cc they would start to look extremely fake. So i I went with 550cc Silicone Over the Muscle. They look good from what i can see...lol I did have a little problem last night so i had to go back to the DR and he had to stop the bleeding which was coming from a bloodvessel in the middle of m chest muscle on the right side which was wierd. THat was not too fun,
But i feel 200% better then i did yesterday. I really only had pain yesterday from the bleeding. Either that or I am just too drugged up to feel anypain..hahhaha Other then that i feel great. I am holding a ton of water from the pain meds and the make me ITCH like crazy!!!!! But i cant wait to go workout again!!!!!

a co-worker of mine has silicone (for reconstructive purposes) and she is a big believer in them. She highly recommended them to me. I on the other hand have watched too many talk shows where they had numerous ladies on the show who have experienced devastating consequences from the Silicone implants. It scares me!
When the time comes for my boob job, hopefully they will have more conclusive information as to the potential danger of Silicone vs. Saline.

There is plenty of evidence at this time.
The women on the talk shows are a collection of the very small percentage of worst case outcomes and are very vocal. By design for talk shows to get ratings.
How many people would tune in to hear about women that liked their breast implants and have had few problems. It's all about ratings, not science.
Just like the talk shows on AAS. Do you think those people that have had very negative experiences represent the majority? If they did, no one would use AAS, just like if the majority of women with silicone had negative experiences, no one would get them.

Hence, the reason for me reading this thread! :D
I am definitely be interested in a better quality implant, as long as the risk was worth it. I think the Silicone implants look great and only recently have begun to consider them.
You certainly are the "big knocker" expert! I'm glad I get to pick your brain!
Thanks!

HBG! Great! (Damn those sound big! Mine were 425 & 475 cc & I've got a broad upper body. However you have height. )
The water will take about a week to go away. Just take it easy & let your body recover from the shock of the surgery. Chest workouts are a little weird but you got "overs" so it won't be as bad.
Can hardly wait to see pix w/ the new girls!

She looks great. Is she married to Jeff McVicar?
No she's going out with a guy named Aaron (I think that's how it's spelled).
