ECA vs NYC

i am an avid supporter of good ole xenadrine rfa-1. i have used it many times for the added energy and fat burning. lately, it works less and less. i can only attribute it to receptor downgrading. i have heard good things about the NYC stack (norephedrine, yohimbe, caffeine) and i was wondering if anyone could post their results with it. is it comparable to eca? were your results similar/better/worse?

Apples and oranges really - but both are fruit - and both work.

Nor-e doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier as efficiently as ephedrine HCL and makes for a less jittery ride...which is a downside when you are looking for an energy boost....

Yomhimbine HCL on the other hand is a great alpha-2-adrenergic blocking agent....whereas ephedrine is good for stimulating the beta 1, 2 & 3 receptors...

So yah - different routes to the same destination. Try two weeks N/Y/C and two weeks E/C.....kickass cycle. So rather than looking at it as an either/or situation - use both stacks in an off/on split cycle for best results.

I'm in the exact same situation, but since Xena will be extinct soon... I was considering NYC in future cutting situations as well since I've heard real good things.. I'll definetly be interested in reading more opinions here.

Well, I just stocked up on Xena RFA-1 on DPSnutrition.net (should still have some left, did a few days ago)... cheap, reasonable S&H and you get a free shaker bottle or t-shirt if you buy over $125 or so..

bro, iam currently using NYC. i only take 3 pills a day an i really like it. it doesnt make me feel anxious or like i just did a big line of blow. i think it works good. i went from 278 to 253 in like 2 months, strict diet, cardio, good weight program, and ure set!
