Overall I'd say it was a good workout. A few of these lifts are new to me so I'm starting off slow and making sure to get perfect form. Though I do feel there is plenty of strength there for more weight.

Squats:a few warmups sets then did 225x8,245x8. Done atf oly style

Box squats: 185x3, 205x3 for 2 sets. Box is a few inches below parallel.

Front squats: 155x3, 175x2 for 2. atf

Seated GM: 135x3 155x3 for 2. Only 2nd time trying this lift and I like it. I feel I could be using substantially more weight but am currently having trouble with bar placement. Hopefully will get a better feel for this soon

Lying leg curls:120x8 for 3

Standing military 135x8,155x6,175x3

Side laterals 20x8 for 3
